Italian Artist Mario Ceroli’s Rich, Giant Ocean Wave Sculptures

In fact, he’s honored by many as being a most obscure yet influential father of Italian Arte Povera (“Poor, or Post-War Art”), but these wave sculptures, titled “La Vague” and “Maestrale,” are nothing if not rich in glamorous, meticulous detail.

I’d go so far as to say that it would be to my great pleasure to have such a display in my living room, but it might result in my never leaving the couch.
